Ahi Poke
I’ve had this a few times in Honolulu. It is excellent. The hardest part now is getting the fresh Ahi here stateside.
If you live in Texas; one can get fresh Ahi at HEB. It is 14.95 per pound. Ahi is Yellow Fin Tuna.
